Thank you for visiting the virtual Law Office of Robert Douglas Ortman, PA.  I represent numerous small and medium-sized businesses in the area and I would love the opportunity to work for you.  Approximately fifty percent of my practice is dedicated to business transactions and contracts (incorporations, labor and employment law, landlord/tenant, sale of goods, technology law, warranty law, and more).  The other fifty percent is dedicated to litigation. 

I have worked for some of the largest companies in the world and I have worked for some of the most respected law firms in Georgia and Florida, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.  I am known for my honesty and fairness.  For example, I will not bill you 0.1 of an hour (or nearly $50) if I have to leave a message for someone or forward an e-mail.  I will not sell you on going to trial for the sake of racking up attorney’s fees.  The way I see it, this is your case and your business and you need to have all the information without the spin factor.
